Electric Longboard Lights

3/21/2023

Before I was old enough to drive, I invested in an electric longboard. It got me to work and school and back. It was fun, but it was missing disco lights. So a few months later, version 1.0 was finished. However, the battery was zip-tied on and the lights were dim and far apart. Fast forward to today, I can drive, but why would I when I now have version 3.4! (Yes, that many versions). The main 3D printed components include the battery and controller housing, and headlights and taillights. The perfect transition and fit between the longboard electronics and mine were the main hurdle, as well as pre-planning all the wiring routes and booster circuits housings for the brighter headlights. After all that, I can finally cruise the streets past sunset in style. (Very, very bright style. Almost too bright.)
